Scout Workshops


Ignite your imagination with these exciting hands-on programs developed specifically for scout groups. Our unique programs are specially designed to immerse scouts in dynamic activities while they complete badge requirements.

New Girl Scout Badges!

The Museum is excited to support the Girl Scouts in earning their new badges. Register for any of these NEW workshops to earn new skill-building badges from "A Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting"

(Looking for recently retired Try-Its and other badges? Check out our workshop and overnight camp-in brochures.)
    Brownies:
  • Sunday, April 15th 1—3 pm: Earn the "Home Scientist" badge
  • Sunday, May 20th 1—3 pm: Earn the "Senses" badge
    Juniors:
  • Saturday, May 5th 12—4 pm: Earn the "Entertainment Technology" badge
  • Saturday, June 2nd 12—4 pm: Earn the "Detective" badge
  • Saturday, June 9th 12—4 pm: Earn the "Detective" badge
    Cadettes:
  • Saturday, May 19th 12—4 pm: Earn the "Public Speaker" badge
  • Saturday, June 2nd 12—4 pm: Earn the "Special Agent" badge
  • Saturday, June 9th 12—4 pm: Earn the "Special Agent" badge

Registration Information


  • Call the Museum at 734.995.5439 and ask for "Scout Registration"
  • Advanced registration required for all programs
  • There are NO refunds after deposit OR full payment is made.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Scout Program. When registering over the phone, a credit card payment is required at the time of registration. To pay your deposit by check, download a Scout Registration Form and mail it along with your check.
  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event and is non-refundable
  • Your reserved space is subject to cancellation if payment is not received 30 days prior to your event
  • Changes to total group numbers can be made up to 30 days prior to your event
  • Increasing your group numbers is subject to availability and not guaranteed
