program (If registering over the phone, a credit card payment
is required at the time of registration.)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event and is non-refundable
Your reserved space is subject to cancellation if payment
is not received 30 days prior to your event
Changes to total group numbers can be made up to 30 days
prior to your event
Increasing your group numbers is subject to availability
and not guaranteed
