All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders for in stock merchandise will be shipped within 7 days of placing your order. In the rare event that any item you purchase is not in stock we will contact you with an approximate date of delivery. Your package tracking number will be sent to you in a confirmation email. The Hands-On Store ships only within the United States and does not accept international orders.

Return Policy
At the Hands-On Store, we stand behind our products, and we genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days. Merchandise should be in original condition and packaging. Please include a sales receipt with your shipment, and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange of the item.
Returns should be made via UPS Ground to the address below. Return shipping costs will be paid by the Hands-On Store in the event of damaged or defective merchandise purchased from our online store only.
