• Members' Night: Summer Solstice Celebration!

Join us at the Museum on Saturday, June 22 from 6 pm to 8 pm to celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer. Join Steve Daut of the Ann Arbor Storytellers Guild for lore and stories surrounding the summer solstice. Then head over to our StarLab, an inflatable planetarium, to discover what constellations you can see in the summer sky! We'll also have hands-on activities, refreshments, and face painting by Flutterby Faces!

  • Summer Solstice Celebration

Come Fly Into Summer with our Summer Solstice celebration! Learn about astronomy, physics and our solar system through fun hands-on activities where you can launch rockets, make your own pocket solar system, and even observe the sun! Activities run from 10-4 on Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday
